I’ve always loved this guy; even more now. And since he’s now joined the group of Democrats the right plans to spend big bucks smearing for refusing to be political props, let me take the new opportunity to ask everyone to support J Street, which is planning ads of their own to defend those Democrats. You’ll also be helping strengthen the strongest American voice against right-wing Israel “supporters” on the Hill. Really important, for those Dems and for both countries.

What do they have to do to ensure that nobody can sit in their seat for the speech? Can they decree it? I’m starting to wonder whether the best strategy would have to just been no-shows without telling anyone ahead of time. It really blunts the message when the GOP/Teatrolls are just going to stick some rich CEO’s intern son in the seat to make it look like a packed house.

Good on you, Senator. But only 6 Jewish Democratic members of Congress out of 28 is still a shonda. They need to take a deliberate stand against this farce too.

I love this Senator.! He should be at the top of the list of Vice Presidential contenders in my book. Hell I wish he was in play to be President!
