“I don’t enjoy the publicity that comes with my position,”

Then don’t take the job.

What she really means: “I’m tired of people proving what an insidious tool I am for destroying public education. My basic incompetence is a private matter between me and my trust fund.”

“Anyway, click here to watch DeVos try to flee from reporters, only to be forced to wait for a slow elevator to come rescue her.”

LOL…indeed…I see what you did there (bravo!).

Perhaps had Ms. DeVos attended public schools at some point in her sheltered life she’d be better equipped to understand how government operates.

But what can the reporters do when the public clamors for more and more stories about Betsy DeVos? A wave of Betsymania is sweeping over the nation.

Perhaps it is about time that DeVos started doing her job and work toward improving public education for all students.

Then resign. It’s really that simple. It’s not like you give a flying fuck about education or anyone but the 1%.

@katscherger The fascist mercenary’s sister tweeted an appreciation of teachers video the other day. Spoiler alert: It was universally met with calls for her resignation.

Miss Popular she is not.

watch DeVos try to flee from reporters, only to be forced to wait for a slow elevator to come rescue her.

Is there an apter metaphor for DeVos’ thought processes?

She hates kids. She hates education. She hates just about all teachers. She is rich beyond the comprehension of most people. She doesn’t need the money.

If she didn’t like the publicity why did she take the job?

I admit it. I only clicked on this article because DeVos was complaining about being used as clickbait.
