An old friend of mine made a very good living doing the deed manually for the local dairy industry. He was sort of a shorter, burlier Tom Selleck type. One day, whilst deep into his work–up past the bicep–one, umm, recipient of his ministrations got skittish and moved suddenly, dislocating his shoulder. [shiver!] He was off work to heal for weeks.

My cousin’s husband did that for a living. On the day I met him I asked him how he got the cattle to stand still long enough to stick it in. He wasn’t amused.
