Discussion: Ben Carson: 'People Who Know Me Know That I'm An Honest Person'

Discussion for article #242721

I’m about sick of his fucking BS. Trump was boring and weird too but at least he was mildly entertaining.

Ben Carson: ā€˜People Who Know Me Know That I’m An Honest Person’

Possibly, but the rest of us think you are a lying, ill-equipped, overly religious, jackass!

Too bad nobody knows or can remember much about Carson, especially from his past. Apparently he didn’t leave that much of an indelible mark.

What a pompous ahole he is. ā€˜People’ know I’m honest. Uh huh…you’ve been on a pedestal since your book came out and now that people are actually ā€˜checking’ the facts we are finding it’s not so ā€˜true’. Next up you’ll accuse the secular progressive of a high tech lynching ala Clarence Thomas. And Hillary? I know in your world it’s hard so hard to LISTEN but having terrorists attack a consulate after being provoked by a video are not mutually exclusive…especially in the heat of the moment.

I can hardly wait till he’s voted off the island myself. All of these weird-ass GOP candidates don’t have near what it takes to be President of this country.

ā€œPeople who know me know that I’m an honest person.ā€

And he added, ā€œJust like God!ā€

That man wouldn’t know the truth if an angel came down and slapped him with it.

The man has become a meme.

ā€œAsk any of my close friends: Abraham, Captain Kirk, Atticus Finch, and Leeroooy Jenkins!ā€

I like to think there’s people that ā€œknowā€ me in the sense that they THINK they know me, or SAY they do, who are people who mostly you shouldn’t be listening to; and then there’s a special category of people who really do know me, and I can tell the difference because they’d give me ten dollar bills when I was young and now fly me to conferences to give educational talks on nutrition, and how you should approach determining which supplements God approves.

I don’t get why we’re not seeing more right now of

a.k.a. Tim Meadows, erstwhile semi-regular on the old The Colbert Report.
