Discussion for article #227024

“I don’t care about political correctness.”

Mr. Carson also doesn’t care about facts.

Definite presidential material by GOP standards.

Down the road from me in my rural area is a house that sits way back, flies the flag every day, has a big high fenced in area for its German Shepard’s and recently put a sign up urging Ben to run for President. I have never seen any of the folks who live there out and about and I am about to put up a sign supporting the gay guy who is running for our Congressional seat. Could get interesting.

You’d think a neurosurgeon would have an ample supply of brains and spine
wouldn’t you? In this case you’d be wrong

No, he’s not sorry, because in order to be capable of feeling remorse, you need to possess a sense of shame, which he clearly doesn’t.

Scary, isn’t it? This psychopath used to physically change people’s brains, and you see the fantasy-based fictional universe he lives in.

At least Benji will never be President.

I wonder if his birth name was “Tom?”

And does he have a nephew or niece?

He might run. He knows he’ll never touch the nomination, but when you’re a RepublicâˆȘnt, it’s all about the Big Grift.

When he says people are afraid to say what they really believe, I wish he’d include himself in that. Just another in the endless stream of psycho right wing bloviators. Maybe he, Sarah Palin, and Michelle Bachmann could get together for a nice tea party, and bore us all to death with their ignorant pronouncements.

Of course, we know that we basically live in Nazi Germany because Ben Carson is currently under arrest for making unpopular statements.

Carson’s IQ is normal or above average. It would have to be to get him through med school.

Let us not boys and girls conflate IQ with cognitive ability – the ability to think and use good judgment. Those are partly inborn and partly the result of learning, reading, study

With Carson, if he had anything more than a superficial knowledge of Nazi Germany he wouldn’t make such an analogy.

He probably still does not comprehend how stupid and off the mark is the comparison.

Once again, Ben Carson shows that no matter how much he may know about neurosurgeoning, he doesn’t know diddly about anything else. He does have a point though. There is an element of American society that is very similar to Hitler’s Germany:
☐

 NSDAP American
                                                          Conservatives

☒ Persecution of ethnic and religious minorities ☒
   ☒ Persecution of homosexuals ☒
☒ Persecution of trade unions ☒
   ☒ Extreme nationalism ☒
☒ Relegation of women to the home ☒
   ☒ Anti-abortion ☒

Carson is right. He just doesn’t seem to realize that he is on Hitler’s side of the social spectrum
