I agree with LessIsMore, it’s almost certainly some sort of prosthetic that fell out – maybe a crown, or a broken partial plate, or something like that. I seriously doubt that it was precipitated by scrambled eggs, though. If a crown breaks, it’s usually from biting on something hard, and if it gets pulled, it’s from something very sticky, like caramel.
