Why isn’t Dr Ben plying the trade for which he is trained?

He “earned his way” AFTER being given a chance via a number of affirmative action programs. Although he does admit it, it is glaringly obvious to anyone who takes even a perfunctory look at his long history of being helped by the Big Gummit’ programs he now says he hates. He would have gotten no where near medical school without affirmative action and a myriad number of government programs that benefited him directly…programs which gave him hope and opportunity and which he spurns today.

Whether he would admit any of it today is questionable. He would probably say he misspoke or was misquoted or never said it at all. His ‘admission’ was in 2014 on Facebook.

Each Carson pronouncement could come in it’s own unique package with hand embroidered filigree depicting happy smiling slave faces working away in the cotton fields, minstrel shows and neurosurgical operating theaters.
