Discussion: Beleaguered Sessions Has No Regrets About Recusal: ‘I Think I Did The Right Thing’

Cory Booker is right.

He is a terrible AG, but not for the reasons Trump says he is.

No matter how successful Mueller turns out to be, reversing the damage Sessions is doing every day in his quest to make America white again is going to take a while.

He’s wearing a wire for Mueller.

If you consider that the alternative would have been enough leaks to put him in federal prison for the rest of his life…

I am no fan of the elf, but in this case he did the right thing – at least on the surface. Not sure, however, that he’s not meddling out of public view.

It’s the only ‘Right Thing’ he’s done as AG.

‘Beleaguered’ my butt. He is a classic masochist. ‘Beat me Donnie. Treat me like garbage! I still love you!’ Trump gave him what he wanted. The head of the entire DOJ that had rejected him before. He is not doing a single thing FOR his country…just executing orders for those who want to tear it down.

You can’t spell Beleagured without mostly also spelling Beauregard. And if you squint a bit you can also spell diminutive fascist traitor.

Remember “I did the right thing” began because he LIED to the Senate. That’s what forced his recusal.

It sure is sick what has happened to our fellow “citizens” on the right. They think committing a felony and lying to Congress is “the right thing.”

They really are the worst.

Except he hasn’t actually recused himself from anything. He was deeply involved with the firing of Comey. He is the one who pulled the trigger on McCabe. He has made numerous comments on various figures under investigation.

So yeah, why should he have regrets? It was purely a PR stunt to try to cover his ass for committing perjury before Congress.

Sessions will continue to defend Trump until he is shot by him on 5th Avenue in New York.
