It takes a while to white out all those pages

“A Russian political analyst says if the special counsel’s report on the Russia investigation finds evidence of collusion or election interference, the Kremlin is likely to dismiss it as politicized and untrustworthy.”

So Putin’s messaging exactly matches that of Fox and the GOP?

What a crazy coincidence!

Tick-tock, tick-tock,
It’s 2 o’clock,
and no tweets…

ETA: 4 o’clock, still waiting…

They should just send the report over to Manafort’s lawyers, have them do all the redactions they like, then release it publicly.

It’s easy to see why he’d need at least one more day. He has a lot of turds to polish and that takes time.

So it apparently says a little more than “No collusion. Witch hunt!”

He’s probably trying to figure out how to creatively not say that the NSA has had transcripts of all the Trump-Putin ‘private’ meetings as we bug the shit out of those venues…

IF it just said no collusion, there would already be a book’s worth of tweets from Twitler screaming No Collusion.

So yeah, a bit more apparently.

Attorney General William Barr will not be providing Congress with special counsel Robert Mueller’s findings on Saturday.

Good! This means that I can watch Mary Poppins Returns with my elderly mother tonight.

Is it true that Barr’s wife doesn’t permit him to be alone in a room with anything truthful?

Having to change his Depends every 5 minutes keeps Trump from Tweeting.

I’m kinda curious about this “Senior Justice Department Official” who’s running around leaking.

McCabe got fired for that stuff. So where’s the investigation into this dude?

And why did he only release that one tidbit about indictments, when his knowledge of that means that he’s clearly tapped into more things?

Somewhere, in very small print, he is probably listed as a contributor.

I’ll venture a guess (and this is only a guess mind you).

His name is Rod Rosenstein, he’s already leaving the justice department and he leaked this bit of information to get Trump off his guard before the hammer comes down.

Again, just a guess, but since everyone else is speculating wildly, I figured I might as well through in my crazy conjectures as well.

My guess is that Mueller is RECOMMENDING indictments, but didn’t do it himself for who knows what reason (lack of physical evidence, whatever). And now they’re grappling with the recommendation and whether to issue that information to the public since Barr’s already said he wouldn’t unless indictment. Just a wild guess. The lack of tweets is interesting.

If it was a nothingburger, Barr would easily be able to get it out on Saturday.

Naw, they just announced the other day he was staying.

Him and Barr will both be gone by Monday, though, that’s why they’re working this weekend to get the key details out the door before Trump panics and starts the Saturday Night Massacre 2.

I don’t know what Mueller’s report says about indictments, but anyone’s wild guess is about as good as anyone else’s right now.

and @chlarry -

That’s my thinking too.
