As usual they just claim that they might invoke it, but don’t actually do it, but by saying they might they delay and delay because they aren’t being forced yet to actually invoke it or not.

Can someone on the dais please read into the record the basic job description of the Attorney General of the US? Can someone else there please read into the record the oath that both he and the POTUS took when they assumed the job?

I hear you…I share that concern…but I think it would be a pretty egregious departure from precedent and basic privilege law, one that would get some pretty strong backlash from the legal community I think.
