So yes or no are still viable choices.
So what’s the point of answering at all?
This guy is a Trump hack to the core. We are in for a very rough ride.
Ah, crap. Now I have to clean all that vomitous spittle off my screen.
Yeah, Barr would consider that for about -0.1 seconds after confirmation.
A more honest answer:
“I’m open to reconsidering it. I’m also likely to reaffirm it. I am, after all, a Republican who has been nominated to this position for, shall we say, reasons.”
And then he laughed until the tears came down his face.
Isn’t the DOJ supposed to support all the laws of the US? I mean the Republican Congress tried 4-5 times to repeal it, but it is still law.
Four or five times? Where have you been? More like 54 times. Remember all the repeal and replace votes, minus the replace because they had nothing to replace it with after all their bullshit? They scheduled those votes like every other fucking week it seemed.
Well, yeah. But the 54 times were when Obama was President and they didn’t have nearly enough votes to override a veto, so those were just show votes. But yes, you’re right.
Well, its the thought that counts. They’re monsters. I don’t care what year it happened. They never let up on that stuff. And we didn’t have the House or the Senate after 2010. Remember we all got a shellacking.
There’s a simpler explanation: that lawsuit is so fucking stupid he wouldn’t want the embarrassment of being tied to it.
