Donald Trump, if you don’t go after Barbara Bush you don’t have a hair on your ass.
Barbara Bush is very old, and just lost her husband of 70 years, so i’m not going to expect any kind of thoughful self reflection on her part.
But her Husband did play the race card in the Willie Horton attacks to win his presidency, and her son did send out robocalls attacking McCain for having illegitimate colored children, when in fact he had adopted colored children, to win his presidency. So she is on thin ground for attacking Trump for name calling Jeb.
Still, good for her for recognizing that Trump isn’t just evil, but he now represents the Republican party.
Not getting any older, though. She’s dead.
Barbara Bush died April 17th, 2018.
Pretty sure Barbara Bush along with John McCain that King Dumb Dumb keeps bringing up are both dead.
I heard she was a terrible putter.
That’s right. I forgot that, she died before her husband. I have to admit, I didn’t really care and pay much attention.
I fully expect a coming Trump tweet about how “low energy” she is (which given that she’s dead is kind of, well, yeah), how she couldn’t golf her age (ditto), and her looks. He’s about as predictable as what happens when a dog crouches and makes that guilty face, and quite comparable to it. Anyone who still supports him, there’s something deeply, seriously, profoundly wrong with them. PERIOD.
She’s so old, she’s dead. That’s old.
I kinda sorta decided I didn’t care for her when she said this about the Katrina refugees.
“What I’m hearing, which is sort of scary, is they all want to stay in Texas,” Barbara Bush said in an interview on Monday with the radio program “Marketplace.” “Everyone is so overwhelmed by the hospitality.”
“And so many of the people in the arena here, you know, were underprivileged anyway,” she said, “so this is working very well for them.”
OTOH, she did throw off the Republican Party before throwing off her mortal coil, so she had at least one redeeming feature.
Barbara Bush toured Katrina devastation and said the victims at the temporary shelter were “better off” (than being in their homes). We Democrats/Liberals don’t want her on our side. She belongs with the miscreants and misanthropes that define the GOP:

Barbara Bush predeceased her Husband George H.W. Bush.
While not as bad as the Trumps, the Bush family doesn’t have any saints in it either. Let’s not forget Bill Barr cut his teeth on defending the main players of the Iran-Contra scandal in which Poppy Bush played a leading role.
I guess her mind is no longer “beautiful.”
I hear she’s doing great things these days. Some sort of human rights work with Frederick Douglass.
Here’s hoping that heart disease will do it’s patriotic duty and call Donald Trump home soon so that he can join Babs, Poppy, Reagan and McCain. IN HELL…
I think she also misses watching George molest young girls with his “David Cop-a-feel” joke.
