He didn’t die because he was jaywalking. He tried to take the officers gun and attacked a cop.
That’s all I needed to hear, everything after that is irrelevant. He was dead when he reached inside that car…and left his blood on the officer’s uniform and the car door inside.
He was a thug.

My guess would be he’s a conservative. The libs are the ones who want to hug these criminals, let 'em all out of prison, fix them hot cocoa and sing carols with them. The conservatives…they shoot 'em.
If a business owner wants to advertise something, but does not want his name associated with it, that should tell you something.
I felt the Grand Jury decision was correct, but don’t find any glee in a person dying. This guy is a DICK, and I hope this destroys his business. But then again, anyone drinking 6 shots of Cuervo is usually a goober, so he will survive.
And as to “no harm”, 6 shots of Cuervo themselves will definitely do someone harm, likely some asshole will get shi*faced and kill someone driving home.

According to all witnesses who did not change their stories, most black. Even of the 16 people who said he had his hands up, several of them also said he was charging or moving toward the cop at the same time (this testimony is public info). And they NEVER changed their stories. Others who said he had his hands up initially said he was shot in the back, etc. They changed their stories as evidence was released. So, who to believe? No brainer.
This bar owner is a dick, and the death of Michael Brown is a tragedy. The cop was a goober cop for sure, but Brown put him in a position where he had no choice, and frankly it almost looked like a suicide by cop. Who the hell steals something from a store, shoves the clerk who tries to stop him, and then waves the stolen merchandise in his hands as he walks down the middle of the street. That’s almost BEGGING for trouble. The dude was out of control that day. It’s on videotape. In fact, had he hid the cigars, Wilson would not even have backed up and Brown would be alive. He backed up when he looked in the mirror and saw the cigars.

Nope, that’s not true, either.
And just because none of the many shots fired by Officer Wilson hit Michael Brown from behind doesn’t mean that he wasn’t shooting at him while he was running away. A number of witnesses said that he was, and evidently those shots all missed. Some witnesses thought that they saw him hit, though, apparently from some movement he made while the shots were being fired. Just because they had that impression doesn’t mean they were lying about it, just that they misinterpreted what they saw. It would be impossible for anyone to see a bullet actually hit someone – they’d only know it by the reaction the bullet caused.
Yes, unless you read the actual testimony.
