Sounds like the first half of the 20th century. Despite what the xenophobic nativist Michelle Bachmann’s of that time warned, immigration from Eastern and Southern Europe didn’t destroy the country then and despite what Bachmann and her ilk say immigrants from Central and South America won’t destroy the country today.

Hard to believe Michelle graduated from law school. I would hope that most lawyers coming out of college demonstrate a commanding ability with the English language.
