Even Saul Goodman would have to think twice before sullying his reputation by working for Spanky.

I’ll say one thing, Avenatti has a lot of troll in his DNA…

“It’s shocking to me that the President of the United States is not able to obtain competent legal counsel for 48 hours after the raid was made,” he continued. “That’s rather shocking to me.”

What is shocking to me is that any lawyer would agree to work for this crook. I sure hope Ms. Hendon gets paid in advance.

That may be a problem, since Cohen has maxed out his home equity line…

Trump tried Cellino & Barnes Injury Attorneys 888-8888, but the line was busy.

How long before Spankee is assigned a public defender?

It looks likely he’ll goad them into falling on their swords.

Avenatti, like a few others, understands that full-throated street-fight condemnation is going to be a marketable brand in the post-Trump era.

Trolling Trump

I saw this live on tv. Avennatti’s skin was flawless, glistening even. His very body was trolling the Crass Moron’s baggy wrinkled suites, white eye-bags, orange skin, inability to wear a bald head gracefully…

I cheered Go! Go! Go! like it was a sporting event.

When in France, the French appreciate you if you speak Franch to them. Troll is the only language Trump understands. He should appreciate it as he openly invites it.

I absolutely agree. Avenatti is fighting, and trolling, way too hard for this to be purely about Stormy. He often seems more about the publicity than the case.

What I do not understand is why Cohen, and I say Cohen because of the claim that Trump was not a party to the NDA, does not just agree to take back the $130,000 and let Stormy tell her story. I mean what can that was not already known about Trump now or before his election?

Remember, any clause in the NDA that requires Stormy to lie in a criminal investigation about Trump is void anyway by operation of law. So the only protection this gives Trump is from the allegation that he had consensual sex with a porn star.

Maybe Trump texted Stormy a shot of himself in his birthday suite. Maybe there is something that would affect his prenuptial with his current wife and would cost him money. But none of that is worse than what Trump and Cohen are currently experiencing by trying to enforce the NDA with Stormy. But at this point, if it is not too late, why would not most lawyers advising Trump/Cohen on the Stormy matter not tell them take the money and deal with it.

45 said the attorney client privilege is dead and while he’s in office so is the rule of law, as he pardons Scooter Libby for lying. What ae we teaching our children? He is shaking the foundation of our democracy, he is a scoundrel. He does not deserve protections. He deserves Russian style justice.

to answer your question,
Cohen was hoping the whole transaction would not mention his name and that through the shell company payout it would remain anonymous. As it did not, he had to back peddle and by then Stormy said, since DT or whoever was on the NDA, didn’t sign the doc. she was free to tell all. It is my understanding of it.

Avenatti you are such a dick-head!
Trump had such a long line of law firms begging to back him, it took him that long to decide.
