Clearly it’s a law meant to control women, but if I’m reading the complaint and the statute right, it would have been fine if it had been her brother pressing his face into her chest and fondling her breasts.

Seeing how they spend their resources, I guess it isn’t surprising that while New York City and other big cities are experiencing crime rates not seen since the 1960’s, Columbus set a record for homicides last year.
