Executive experience of huge organizations…I really don’t see how Clinton or Obama were very handsy about such stuff. Clinton ran a state, but I still don’t know how deep into the wheels and gears he was.
I know what you are saying. I want that too, it is what I was saying last election. But we have convincing proof that 40% of our population is out-right crazy. I don’t care how good somebody’s creds are or organizational talent, you have to be able to defend yourself when the lunatics start jumping onstage and not go down with the first punch…or go running off into the wings. Any Dem faces HUGE pressures from assholes to know-nothings to redditt-4-chan conspiracies of dunces, to well entrenched political ratfuckers and hatchet machinery…right to the top industries and richest men in the world. Not to mention all the other govts. of the world. They need to be MUCH more than well qualified and accredited.
Our last dem presidents were neutered by their own countrymen with media help. If they are going to put a mic in front of you everyday, you need to dictate the conversation - not them. You need to know the things to say that shut up the shitheads and invigorate the competent majority. And you need to be able to do it in a way that keeps the media honest and puts their veracity under the microscope.
I could see Avenatti going through the motions of running just so he gets to set up a campaign fund that can be spent all sorts of ways. After all, the opposition in the Stormy Daniels suit (and the other NDA suits) has a campaign slush fund.
