So does this mean Kavanaugh’s claim of virginity was also a lie? He claimed he was a virgin “many, many” years after high school or college, his meaning wasn’t clear from his Fox interview. Reality check: if a Democrat had this many inconsistencies Sean Hannity would have spontaneously human combusted by now.

Sounds completely disqualifying to me. But I’m not a Republican Senator.
Got to admit his media strategy works for him. He’s like one of those lawyers who have billboards on the way to the airport, but it’s not about accidents or mesothelioma or whatever, it’s “Got a D.C.—upending scandal to handle? Call Now! Free Consultation!”
Kavanaugh has already done his first blink by issuing his statement for the hearing where he admits to drinking (and by extension, lying in his Fox News interview). The SJC did its second blink when a ‘spokesman’ said the hearing is still on (sounds like buying time). Trump is determined to go out and defend Kavanaugh at his press conference, but I have to believe others are going to try to talk him out of it. Kavanaugh is worse than Roy Moore. They should ban his drunk ass from every mall and that freak shouldn’t be coaching girls basketball. The easy out here for the GOP is to make a FBI referral. Trump can throw him under the bus and move on.
If GOP pulls him, they lose.
If they vote to confirm, they lose (short term anyway, long term the US loses).

I will be relieved when Kavanaugh is voted down or his nomination is pulled and the Dems take the Senate. A 4:4 Court was fine for the Rs when they blocked Garland…
