This story is just so frustrating. If this young man had not been raised to despise others–one of which, he turned out to be–fifty people would not have lost their lives in a fit of self-hate rage. This one is squarely on religious fanatics – in this particular case, Islamic fanatics.
Yes, I agree the Trump mantra, “no Muslims allowed in US” and other antics that spews from him and supporters are responsible for escalating such horrible actions.
My question is : How many attendees were killed by other than bullets from the miscreant?
On this, I’m going to have to agree with the NRA. Guns don’t kill people. Bullets fired by guns do, however.
The Pulse shooter appears to have been rather narcissistic, if the number of posed “selfies” is an indication. It may or may not be news that his autopsy revealed the number of bullets that killed him, but it is definitely not necessary to glorify him in death with yet another publication of one of his vanity photos. If we need a picture to inspire a click, let it be a photo of Pulse or a spokesperson for the Coroner’s Office.
They only kill bad people. He was bad so it was ok for the bullets to kill him. Good people die of their own or the fault of the person holding the gun, or that was holding it right before it fell out of their hand and went off.
