There hasnāt been one day ever in which the LAPD and LA County Sheriff hasnāt acted like murderers towards persons of color. How the fuck can we tell what happened with that kind of track record?
In Greenville, SC on Christmas Eve an autustic man (large and black) was chased down and tased before being arrested all while his mother yelled at police that he was autistic. Charges have been dropped. How do you arrest and charge an autistic man who ran from you out of fear and then was electrocuted? The guy is clearly disabled.
The new chief of police said heās going to have the manās record expunged and has submitted assault charges to the state authority for an investigation.
Training for dealing with the disabled does not exist for most police. These are your cops America. Theyāre doing what you allowed/wanted them to do since your god Reagan kicked the mentally impaired to the curb literally. Once out of care theyāre shoveled into the prison industrial complex.
Shitcan all these cops and start over.

Because despite that the autopsy backs up the police people will not recall the police statements and claim that the autopsy shows the police committed murder.
Because guns can jam. Guns have a limited amount of ammo in them. You may not be able to reach the gun on that side but can reach the backup gun. Also a good quarter of police are killed by criminals who grabbed the cops primary weapon.
Backup guns are recorded as belonging to the police officer and have to be approved by the police dept for use. Once again its recorded as to who the gun belongs to.
Justice was done. A dangerous mentally ill individual was removed before he could do further harm to society.

A young mentally ill man that tried to hide from cops, why in the world would someone like him have reason to be afraid? Yeah, the world is so much safer now.
