This guy is a class A scum bag and his voter fraud 3 in all —are repubs. Someone needs to bi-atch slap him daily!
Kobach is the only state SoS with the power to prosecute because he’s the only one with a fringe-right legislature that admires his Koch brothers patrons and is in awe of Kobach’s flair for grandstanding. It’s a power Kobach asked for, and Sam Brownback’s hand picked legislature gave it to him.
