Cue the victimization boo-hooâŚ
Is the soul patch a tribute to Ted Nugent? And they look just as stupid on them as it does on Nugent.
These clowns are absolutely enraged that âweapons chargesâ even exist.
According to them, we should be able to have a tank in the front yard if we want one.
And they WANT one.
âCommanding Officerâ
This goober couldnât organize a two car funeral.
Iâm a high mega-general of my club.
Dear TPM - A âBOARDERâ is a person who is renting a room in your house.
A âBORDERâ is the line that goes around something. Usually the weatherman makes it light up, but there arenât actually lights all around the edge of your state.
Today, âKCâ Massey. Tomorrow, Cliven Bundy!
A felon in possession of a firearm. Tsk, tsk.
Wanna beesâŚtheyâre too chicken to join a real army.
A minor detail missing from the TPM article, copied from http://www.valleycentral.com/news/story.aspx?id=1112558#.VEbRPRaBUnl
âState records show that Massey was convicted of burglary in Dallas back in 1988 when he was 21 years old.Massey was paroled in 1993 and kept a clean record ever since.â
A convicted felon in possession of a firearm. Seems that he isnât the only one being sought by the BATF.
he he he - this is so much fun.
Depending upon the needs, the Army may not have accepted him in with his conviction.
We need to see more of these overgrown 12-year-olds who like to play dress-up, and give themselves grandiose ranks, given a healthy dose of reality. Some close contact with the justice system might be beneficial. If I were a judge, Iâd give these kinds of clowns 30 days in the slammer, with the admonition that if they donât grow the fuck up, theyâll be going back in for a longer stay.
Of course, the fact that I have designated myself as the Grand High Exalted Mystic Ruler is totally defensible.
No no, thatâs because of a principled aversion to mooching off the federal government.
Does he look like the worldâs biggest asshole, or what?
I guess that militia wasnât âwell-regulated.â Thatâs a requirement, you know.
I am in no way defending the actions of this clown, but in most cases a burglary is not a felony. If you break into a store and steal something you will likely not be charged with a felony. Here is the info on TX
http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/PE/htm/PE.30.htm
Note Class A Misdemeanor is the common charge. I donât think a person who commits a burglary should not be allowed to obtain a weapon properly with permits, etc.
It is also possible he was convicted of a felony, and the computer records are not good so he is not in a data base. This would then be a good case to show how the data base needs to be updated and modernized. But at this point we canât be sure if it was a felony conviction
As to his actions NOW, he canât get enough jail time as far as I am concerned.
Nah, I donât think he resembles Ted Cruz all that muchâŚ
Must be a useful deterrent; we donât see ISIS terrorists streaming across the border.
Nope, Cruz caters to clowns like this, but youâd never see him with a gun. He just wants their vote.
