I do suspect this runs afoul of the First Amendment… but then here in AZ our state leg is rather prudish to say the least. Some years back (around the mid 1990’s) a state leg here insisted all college students were “alookin’ at porn cuz they all got them *compooters”. She showed up on campus demanding entrance to dorm rooms to do “a white glove test”…whatever that meant. She got voted out of the legislature shortly thereafter and she never really understood why she was so unpopular.
