Ever notice how some people just LOOK crazy? One sees it in a lot of street people (and Walmart shoppers).
The “G” in Good Samaritan should be lowercase. It was a group of “good Samaritans” not a group called “Good Samaritans.” Just FYI. Thanks!
Strangely enough, the capital “G” is correct, because the phrase denoting a do-gooder is “Good Samaritan”. A small “g” denotes that there were other Samaritan drivers who passed this scene by, but only the “good” ones stopped. This might happen on Samarian highways, but it’s rather unlikely to occur on Louisiana roads.

Too many “street people” have mental health issues. Too many people in our prison system have mental health diseases. This country doesn’t like to be shown how many folks need help to live in society when they’re ill.
Every time I look at this picture, I just see a decapitated head sitting on a table, staring at me intensely.
For certain. A large segment or our homeless is made up of the mentally ill.
