There is a solution, start executing violent criminals and this won’t happen. Also, stop filling prisons with non violent offenders.

I know the California Correction Peace Officer’s Association, CCPOA is pretty bad, but “the baddest”?
I’m not sure how executing violent prisoners is going to reduce prison violence, given that executing violent prisoners constitutes prison violence.
