Hmmm. Erdogan, Putin. He likes them both.

What’s an illegitimate POSPOETUS to do?

Correction. Erdogan has already realized the ease with which he can pressure Trump, and has started arresting his business partners accordingly. It’s only a matter of time before other heads of government reach the same conclusion.

Interesting that CNN TV beat CNN.com by almost 20 minutes in their reporting
And TPM also beat CNN.com

The Russians are gonna be pissed for sure.

Maybe, but nations in the Middle East may tread lightly. You never know what the Kushner-Friedman-Netanyahu coalition might do if provoked.

Please don’t tell me it was a person/group calling themselves Black Hand.

A thought just struck me. What are the rules for invasions if the target country has prominent Trump properties? Will Trump instruct the armed forces that avoiding any damage to his architectural phalluses takes priority over minimizing harm to non-combatants? Will he delay war until he’s inked lucrative contracts for rebuilding or purchased yooge insurance policies?

This is bad.

You’ve inadvertently struck on the motto for the incoming reign. Obama’s was Hope and Change, this will be This Is Bad.

I also notice in the photos of the gunman that given the way he’s holding the weapon (finger not on the trigger) he may have had some type of military or police training.

Has Herr Dictator Erdogan blamed it on the Kurds, yet?

My understanding is with the exception of a few Euro golf courses damned near every “Trump” property is no more than Trump’s name slapped on a building someone else owns and his real estate company possesses the rights to manage it for a hefty fee.

Are you referring to this article in Raw Story last week?

It is said that Putin is worth upwards of 200 billion. That is how much that has disappeared from Russia since Putin has taken power. Think of the leverage Putin has over Trump. Not only business wise, but if there was collusion between them to help Trump, Putin can use proof of that as leverage.

And has anyone found out what Putin was paying the gunman for this Casus Belli yet?

For my news reporting I’ll take accuracy over speed, especially when we’re talking about a mere 20 minutes.

As I see it Trump’s sleazy and largely secret business history could make him a susceptible target for blackmail. There’s a reason he forces everyone that he hires to sign his Trump gag orders (and it’s not because he’s a nice guy).

On a related note, any American ambassador with half a brain is not going to leave the US embassy for the next four years.
