Discussion: AP Fact Check: Trump's Shaky Claims On Climate Accord

Shameless liar continues to lie. News at 11.

Vox had a pretty good write up of this too. As did NPR.

and laid a shaky factual foundation for his decision

Shaky factual foundations, AP?

He flat out lied. It’s not a matter of semantics or opinion. He lied. L I E D. He pulled lies our of his ass, rammed them down his throat, and regurgitated them on national TV. What will it take for the AP to use to word lied? He could call the sky orange and you’d probably report it as matter of debate with shaky factual foundations.

The SOB relied on Alternate Facts to justify his decision. Why am I not surprised?

The sad thing is his propaganda machine is so powerful none of his supporters will ever hear the facts.

I’m still stuck on the notion of “AP fact-check”!! Maybe there’s hope for us after all!!

He’s one of Vlad’s best students and it shows!

Got to hand it to Trump. I doubt there is anyone else on the planet that can manage to do something so stupid that Greenpeace, Shell Oil, the Sierra Club, ExxonMobil, the Nature Conservancy, and the leaders of most Fortune 500 companies all agree would be a bad idea.

Way to go Donnie Dipshit.

Kind of OT but I am loving the way Emmanuel Macron is trolling the Occupant these days. I’m considering making T-shirts or bumper stickers with “Make our Planet Great Again” and “There is no Planet B.” (As a Star Trek fan, those words are music to my ears.)

CNN story quotes “bigly” CEOs telling Dear Orange Leader he’s got it all wrong. Just can’t wait til a hit mike catches Him telling Tim Cook “No wrong! You’re the wrong!”

Really astounding to read that fact check then read the praise of what Trump said in this article and the comments to it. Up is down, black is white. Holy shit.

I must confess that I didn’t make it all the way through. My eyes started to hurt and I smelled burnt toast right about here.

It seems like many on the Left decided that they’re not Americans. Like Barack Obama, they’re Citizens of the World and their job is to make sure the whole world rises, even if it means America must fall.

How is helping to raise others up bringing America down? I suppose it fits in perfectly with republican’s more for me none for thee ideology.

Because they think the only folks that deserve a decent life are the ones that raise themselves up by their own boot straps.
