You’ve never been to the Hive, have you?

Is that where you spend most of your time these days? At the Hive?

If any of the those federal employees indeed used government property, they should at the very least be suspended with no pay or fired. So, these hackers released that information because the owners of the site refused to shut it down? Why shut it down?

If I was one of those White House peeps. I’d be updating my resume. I get the sense that Mr. and Mrs. Obama take a dim view of infidelity - just another of those ironies between how the all too often hypocritical Right portrays our President and First Lady versus the lives they actually lead.

Employees are barred from using government computers to access “inappropriate sites” including those that are “obscene, hateful, harmful, malicious, hostile, threatening, abusive, vulgar, defamatory, profane, or racially, sexually, or ethnically objectionable.”

I would hope that this is a typo on the AP’s part…

So…government employees turn out to act just like everyone else. Let’s all be shocked!

Honestly though, I think it’s funny how much people obsess about where their tax money goes, when this same waste can be found in every product and service they buy. But since they don’t see it, they don’t realize they’re paying it. But every tube of toothpaste and pizza you buy includes a hidden amount you paid for workers to screw around on the clock. And unless you’re one of the few who don’t ever screw around on the clock, you’re part of this too. As it turns out, all work and no play makes Johnny a dull worker. It’s only a problem if they’re not getting their job done.

Hopefully at some point people will finally realize that the lesson to be learned from all this isn’t that we need to out the cheaters in order to make everyone faithful, but that we have such unreasonably high standards that don’t match modern life.

Not everyone is meant to mate for life. Some people are faithful and some are cheaters, and that’s just who they are. And if you made the mistake of marrying a cheater, that’s not their fault for being a cheater. It’s your fault for not identifying them as cheaters before you married them. That’s who they were when you married them, whether you knew it or not. Deal with it.

Oh Stop!!! For all we know President Obama is cheating on his wife. Except for what they allow us to see and hear you and I have no idea what goes on in their lives.

Oops!!!

I am shocked to discover that some of the people who signed up on that site were employed by the nation’s largest employer. I mean, what are the odds? Culture of corruption, I tell you!

Or are making themselves vulnerable to blackmail if they care about either their spouses or their reputations.

Thanks, Obama!

I wonder how many of these Congressional staffers used their information to sign up for the service, but were actually setting up the account for their boss.

“Your tax dollars at work.”

“I’m aware it, (sic)” Carter said.
“Of course it’s an issue because conduct is very important.
And we expect good conduct on the part of our people. …
The services are looking into it and as well they should be. Absolutely.”

Then maybe ‘The Services’ should be recruiting individuals
without peepees-- nor vajayjays-- cuz folks are gonna’ hookup–
regardless of codes of conduct.

I’m guessing you’re a cheater. Do you tell your partners, or is the hurt part of the game?

Actually, I’m kind of surprised the CIA doesn’t run a site like this under deep cover in foreign countries. What better way to get the goods?

Under most agencies de minimis use policies for using internet resources they did nothing wrong. Now using your official work email subject to FOIA, then they might have a problem. It is hard enough getting someone fired for surfing porn at work, I don’t see how this is going to be an issue.
