It was gross–to be “sexual harassment” the conduct has to be “severe or pervasive.”
What is amazing is that so many men could feel armored by their positions and society’s structure to behave in such gross and disgusting ways–especially men with so much to lose.
Will we learn from these recent revelations–other than to discover that a lot of guys are even more disgusting than we thought? I hope. But realistically, I have limited hope.
But they didn’t–and still don’t in many cases–have anything to lose.
