I kind of live for culture and art and literature. I like cultured people - they have something to say.that’s worth hearing as a rule.

I’m not insisting everybody else has to be this way so why do they insist that we all have to be Hee Haw fans?

I live in Northern Virginia, 30 miles SW of DC. My daughter’s high school had a specialty center for studying the arts. Westboro Baptist came to protest at the school, because they think most artists are gay. I’d bet the nooses were not only for African Americans

Thanks for this insight. It’s hard to keep up with the twisted meanderings of some of these groups, and I’m happy to say my brain doesn’t automatically go the same places theirs do when I’m trying to figure things out.
