Discussion: Another GOPer Breaks With Trump On ‘Spygate,’ Suggests POTUS Wants 'More Chaos’

It’s like, ‘Lets create this thing to tweet about knowing that it’s not true.’

Yes, it’s exactly like that.

Here’s some more possible Presidential “chaos”, Mr. Rooney:

Can’t wait to see Giuliani’s unhinged and insulting response to this development.

So brave! Such spine! Can’t wait for Mr. Rooney’s upcoming political biography, “Profiles In Cottage Cheese”.

LOL! It’s almost like he doesn’t know what’s going on around him.
Oh, wait! He’s a Republican from Florida. He really DOESN’T know what’s going on around him!

Trumpp can tell us what Mars smells like.

If I was in the White House briefing room, I’d use the name of another planet.

“What is the point of saying that there was a spy in the campaign when there was none?” Rooney, a member of the House Intelligence Committee, told Politico Wednesday. “You know what I’m saying? It’s like, ‘Lets create this thing to tweet about knowing that it’s not true.’ … Maybe it’s just to create more chaos but it doesn’t really help the case.”

I suppose one should be thankful that he has finally twigged to the tRump’s modus operandi. Better late than never.

“What is the point of saying that there was a spy in the campaign when there was none?”

Now, Congressman Rooney, let’s take the obvious step and ask the question “Why were there so many Russian connections in the Trump campaign? Were the ‘spies’ in the campaign actually spies from Russia?”

It is not necessary for us to be an adjunct to Donald Trump’s marketing initiatives.

Let Trump explain the word.

So, now that he’s spoken out so boldly, what’s he going to do?

Oh, nevermind.

That’s fine – he’s literally a representative. Going after Trump represents a shift in the feelings of his constituents.

The framers of the Constitution had no illusion that every man (man, not person, sigh) in public service would be perfectly altruistic and pure as the driven snow. This is how it’s supposed to work.

Don’t expect too much from these little seedlings. It’s what botanists call “damping off” when the seedlings die of infection.

C’mon on, Congressman. You want to come over from the Dark Side. Just DO IT!

It’s interesting that Republican Intelligence committee members and those in leadership are stepping away from Trump. On top of that, we haven’t heard boo from Nunes since the gang of eight briefings, while Trump and Guliani are going increasingly insane. That definitely tells us something.

Instead of this being about rooney turning on trump i think its more like rooney giving Nunes the FU…
