It is very important to remember that Brownback firmly believes in the Voodoo Economics put forth by Arthur Laffer --a theory which has been disproved by history over and over.
Brownback sold this snake oil to his state by claiming that these draconian tax cuts would dramatically stimulate the economy resulting in a plethora of new jobs and economic activity ultimately creating an utopian economic state for Kansas.
He was wrong.
Just as Ronald Reagan was wrong.
Just as George W. Bush was wrong.
Just as Paul Ryan is wrong.
Because this idiotic economic theory is, truly as George HW Bush said, nonsense.
