In my opinion, this is exactly the right response to Trump’s ignorance and stupidity. Ridicule is a powerful force.
I like this bold, back-to-the-past nomenclature approach featuring occupational surnames, so we will again have men and women with the last names of Smith and Baker and Hunter and Fletcher and Carpenter (and maybe now Coder and Paperpusher).

Cook and Ivanka were sitting on opposite sides of him, watching him as he talked, and neither showed any form of surprise when he said that. It was like they both know by now that the cognitive loss is going to show itself regularly and they’re used to it.
