How does Graham think he has a chance in *ell of getting the GOP nomination much less winning the national election with this South Carolina pilgrimage to racism out there on social media scaring Soccer Moms all over the country?
Apparently, they were scared for their own safety and in denial.

What is with the crouching pose? Is that some sort of racist symbol as well? It doesn’t look natural and he is crouching down in front of objects much bigger than him.
Rather than just blaming the kid, people should blame the people who filled his ears with all the racist garbage in the first place. Sites like World Net Daily and Fox News.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he doesn’t touch either site, to be honest. Fox News isn’t hip even among younger racists. I’ve got a strong suspicion about the websites he does visit, and I’m not sure what the real solution is.
4chan has a lot of posters who talk like this on their politics board. It used to be worse, 4chan’s started to grow up, so the worst of the lot made 8chan. Reddit has tens of thousands of subsections, a very small but significant minority of them talking like this. Reddit’s got a free-speech-but-no-harassment principle, and as soon as they started enforcing the harassment bit at all, people have gone off to found more websites that are based on Reddit without restraint. It’s like playing whack-a-mole.
I heard that Roof’s dad gave him the gun because he was unable to purchase one legally due to his criminal record.
True, the hate-o-sphere is not new. In fact we had the holocaust deniers show up on USENET in force in 1990. It was eventually tracked down to one sad little man running a dialup BBS.
But don’t discount the cumulative effect of all the propaganda being produced by the right wing noise machine. Those Fox News stories prop up the World Net Daily Stories and WND props up the guys who parade round with 1488 shirts and armalites.
I didn’t really want to read this, but it’s good and maybe necessary to learn to recognize the symbols of white supremacists.
