That’s not a factually accurate statement from a group that denies the clearly, constitutionally granted, and affirmed by CENTURIES of court decisions, power of the Federal Government.
A better name for this group of losers is; “Ammo-Sexuals for Anarchy”.
That is factual and has a nice, Tin-Foil-Hat Ring to it.

What cracks me up about guys like these is that they have such a hard-on for the purity of the Constitution, but they fail to recognize that it has been amended 27 times, including the one that gives them the right to bear arms.

I understand that but I’d read that the mandatory minimums were based on the charges falling under some anti-terrorism law. Does anyone know if that’s actually the case? They’re arsonists and criminals but I don’t like seeing the use of terrorism laws expanded just so authorities can pile on additional time.
