How ironic that Mr. Weimar was unable to hold off the adoption of Nazi beliefs among some of his students.
We really should shunt all radicalizable students into sections taught by Mr. Roosevelt and Mr. Churchill. Mr. Chamberlain must be fired immediately.
Surprise, surprise! I wonder how many others among the white supremacists, NAZIs and KKKers in Charlottesville yesterday had similar āfascinationsā while in high school, and where those ideas came from. Sort of like the fascination with Hitler by Trump who, based on reports by his first wife, kept a collection of Hitler speeches and a copy of Mein Kampf on his nightstand.
This should he a profound āheads upā to all of us.
āIt was obvious that he had this fascination with Nazism and a big idolatry of Adolf Hitler."
But Mom never had the tiniest inkling.
Just a playful scamp with a ābig lovefest for the German military and the Waffen-SS.ā
Like any other all-American boyā¦
But the problem is āboth sidesā and particularly the violence of the Antifas black bloc idiots.
(rolls eyes)
Wellā¦ he is not aloneā¦ Trump was fascinated by them tooā¦ biglly
His father died before he was born and his mother is/was a paraplegic. This guy really went on his own.
Now heāll spend the rest of his days in prison.
Republicans are so fond of that insulting trope that real America is middle America as opposed to the āelitesā living large on the coasts.
Well, without overly generalizing, there is a cancer in middle America and itās time to figure out root causes and to control if not eradicate it.
But he looks like such a fine upstanding young ladā¦
Yeah, you would think his constant playing with the G.I Joe Mengele doll might have tipped her off.
I canāt have much sympathy for Fields, but I have to agree thereās trouble in his story that makes the line of his development sadly understandable.
I can see his dating profile:
āLittle Adolf looking for his Little Eva - no, not the singer of āThe Locomotionā!ā
Link? For convenience.
I really, really hate seeing my hometown in the news for some shit like this, but I shouldnāt be surprised at how much itās changed since the Tea Party took over NKY politics. It was only a few short years ago that Florence freaked out over the proposed construction of a new mosque.
That said, where I live now, just down I75, has a mayor who just yesterday stated that the Confederate statues at Cheapside Park will be coming down and relocated as soon as the proper steps are followed. Pay attention to Lexington, KY, and particularly any reaction from our Republican Governor Bevin and our newly Republican-dominated statehouse in Frankfort. Republican state governments suppressing local/city Democratic government seems to be all the rage these days.
The guy obviously didnāt choose that face ā letās be honest: who would? ā but I can see why heād feel defensive and compelled to assert his alleged superiority.
