I am betting there are more than four. I would love to see the number grow to a veto proof majority,but I seriously doubt it will. Who knows though, hope springs eternal.

That is correct, but I note that it is a potential solution precisely because it completely avoids the Senate. Once again we are dependent on the Judicial branch to save us from this insanity.

Given the news of the last 72 hours, i expect many, many more GOPers to follow suit and abandon their oaths of loyalty to the Dotard. I’d distinguish between how they talk and what they’re thinking. No matter how revved up and wild-eyed they come on, there’s not a person among them who isn’t always thinking about how every vote and statement affects his or her electoral chances. If they’re in purple districts or states and need to be able to tell the voters they support Trump when they agree but differ when they don’t, because their first concern is the welfare of their constituents, that’s what they’ll do. There are not that many true believers in Congress. Lots of cowards, sure. Believers not so much. They’re looking at his numbers, and their own. I’m not sure of much but I’m sure of that.
