If Alabama had a successful economy they wouldn’t have to shut down DMV offices. They don’t because they have adopted the “lower taxes on the rich and money will magically flow” approach to government. This is a crime, but the real crime is the Republican magical thinking economic model. It has ruined or is ruining states across the country.
Too bad the national Democrats can’t be moved to show up at the state level.

I’m sorry, but if the federal judge who ends up hearing this case is not literally enraged and his decisions palpably expressing it, then he should be impeached…and the plaintiff’s lawyers handling the case should be fired. This voter suppression scheme is so insanely blatant and off the wall that I have trouble keeping my hands from vibrating in fury while I type.

It’s INTENTIONALLY racist. Period. Do not give them even a nanometer on their argument that it’s simply political and “oh, it’s just a coincidence that it just so happens to have a disparate impact on minorities.” Do NOT fight this on the battlefield fo their choosing. NEVER. EVER. GIVE. GROUND.

Guess what state just got added to my list of places not to visit. Not that I was ever planning to.
People need to organize and mob these fucking vans. No violence…don’t tip them…don’t give the poor person who’s just doing their job a hard time, BUT SHOW UP IN THE HUNDREDS. Make this backfire.
