It would be interesting to find out how much this cost us, the logistics of it. Setting up the trip, scheduling the flights, fueling and servicing the planes, lining up pilots all of that had to have cost a small fortune that was totally wasted on a whim by Donald and his staff.

This reminds me of the punk thing they tried with Comey: they ‘also’ wanted Comey to fly commercial back from California and this appeared to me to begin the ‘bad feelings’ with Andrew McCabe, that MCCABE had ok’d Comey getting back to Washington on the FBI jet.

According to Lawrence O’Donnell yesterday, Pelosi is required to fly on Government aircraft because she is second in line to the Presidency after the Vice President. It’s a post-911 rule imposed because of the multiple aircraft hijackings.
