Tim Scott, the black Lindsey Graham. With less closet, of course.

I seem to recall that the House can refuse to seat or expel members… Pelosi, you up for it? I’m sure AOC is.

“Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) penned an op-ed on Friday blasting Rep. Steve King’s (R-IA) comments about white nationalism…”

Exactly how long has Tim been a member of the Leopards Eating People’s Faces Party?

"I have to respect the fact that the voters saw something beyond his comments that was worthy of public service,”

Ummm, no. What gets King elected time and again is that his western Iowa district is deeply racist and wants a deeply racist white nationalist prickhole to represent their deep racism.

Steve King’s only contributions to the national dialogue will be statements like his recent racist offerings

He’s not like Pelosi
or Cummings
or Nadler
or Swalwell
or Schiff

If I happened to come by some Congressional story of the day and chanced to see any of the latter five individuals named in it, I would be extremely interested because of policy implications.

King?

Only if I was interested in masochism.

Whether it’s Trump or King, Scott can’t ever say what’s on his mind.

He has perfected the Jim Crow Look.

Scott without a doubt is the most puzzling GOP Senator…

How does he get elected?

Since most of his constituents are racists, he must thread carefully. There is even a chance of some offended by being thrown in the same bucket as imbecile Steve King.

Sen. Scott giving Romney a run for his money in the race to replace Jeff Flake!

At the very least, King should be referred to the House Ethics Committee who could then consider a censure, or expulsion.

Steve King should leave the horror to Stephen King. He’s much better at it.

“Scott did not have a solution in mind.”

Tim Scott is a cowardly fool and an embarrassment. You have to lynch someone to be considered a racist. That’s the repug standard of late. You could probably get away with it, too, if you said you didn’t mean it.

Pretty sure racism is not illegal. Many of the acts that racism motivates are illegal, but racism itself is just an opinion and suppressing opinions seldom moves us forward. Better to expose racism to sunlight, I’d say. Parade its naked ugliness and stupidity around in the open for all the world to see.

Later in the interview, Cavuto asked how Republicans should address King’s statements if he won’t step down. Scott did not have a solution in mind.

Dear Senator Scott if there are no consequences then nothing will change. And let me throw in this oldie but a goody, if you’re not part of the solution then you’re part of the problem.

My Chemistry professor explained it as "If you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the precipitate…"

(I’ll go now…)
