Discussion: After Appearing Before Mueller Grand Jury, Nunberg Urges Trump's Cooperation

This guy is a real piece of work… how do they sort through his crazed behavior and determine what the really knows?

Make. Nunberg. Go. Away.

He’s back on the wagon now?

President Vladimir Putin and then-candidate Donald Trump were “too smart” to attempt to work directly with each other.
“There are a lot of weird connections,” though, he noted at one point.

This statement tells the tale.

Weird, just all the way 'round.

I think Trump would be wise to cooperate, too, but not because Nunberg says so. That boy’s not packin’ a whole lot of ethos right now.

Sober Nunberg is WAY DIFFERENT

Maybe Nunberg got a little electroshock therapy and some Lithium while he was talking with Mueller’s team…

I think “cunning” or “wily” would be a better adjective, except Trump is too fucking stupid to realize his plot would eventually come under scrutiny.

Hey honey have you seen this article? Man oh man, the quotes coming out about this investigation are brutal. For instance "There are a lot of weird connections” between Putin and Trump, or “Trump probably did something during the election”.

Wow those are harsh. Who said those, some lefty on MSNBC? A Democratic member of the House oversight committee?

Er no, one of Trump’s political advisers during the campaign.

I started to make a list, stopped and asked myself, Who in the Trump campaign didn’t communicate with Russians? Lewandowski?
I’m assuming that, with hierarchal organizations, you don’t need direct communication between the principal players, that approving knowledge of those communications, tacit or otherwise, between subordinates is sufficient to establish conspiracy. So, yes, just thinking of the list of contacts now in the public domain, “The President is going to have to explain, and the President has to do an interview…"

Completely OT but amusing

Only the best.

Trump and the universe he inhabits is truly mind bogging. A rag tag collection of third rate losers (trump included) who ALL think they are brilliant, successful people. Birds of a feather… The capacity of humans for self-deception is apparently bottomless.

For once, the truth!

There’s only been one candidate PP sincerely admired, and Poot helped him get elected.

‘Smart,’ or even ‘clever,’ really don’t seem the right adjectives here – at the least, the fact that the NSA monitors a shitload of communications has been in public domain for at least a dozen years.
Might I suggest ‘arrogant?’

Maybe Trump should support a liberal candidate?

More bang for his buck.

The last time he banged, it cost him 130,000 bucks
