Miller and his supporters are hell-bent on doing this to any family they can and the bottomless cruelty is precisely the point. It’s psychological torture for having dared to seek any kind of refuge in this country. It takes a special kind of evil to inflict this much pain on people who have not done you or anyone any harm.
