Discussion: ACLU Sues Trump Admin Over Domestic Violence, Gang Victims' Asylum Rights

In June, Sessions personally weighed in on a single asylum case, Matter of A-B-, …

Was this case really about the grades A- and B-?

Or, is it an incorrect reference to someone whose initials are A.B.?

So how many lawsuits against Dotard does this make? 3,000? 5,000?

I was thinking the same thing…is anyone keeping a running tab on how many law suits have been filed against this criminal administration?

I started, but the Cray supercomputer I needed to run a tally was a tad too pricey…

Their misogyny knows no bounds as domestic violence is no joke. I hope American women take note of this and vote appropriately.

This kind of thing is why I am a card-carrying member of the ACLU. Absent Congress, The ACLU and other like-minded organizations are the only ones holding the Trump mal-administration’s feet to the fire.

Monday, September 5, is two months and a day before Election Day 2018. If Mueller files his obstruction report with Rosenstein on that day, he will not be in violation of DOJ guidelines prohibiting any investigation from unduly influencing an upcoming election.

Me too!

So wouldn’t a search of recently adjudicated asylum claims be the way to decipher which people have “particular social group” Session sees as deserving? Now I realize that immigration cases take a long time so even if under this administration no asylum cases have been settled then that’s telling too.

I had figured closer to Avogadro’s number.

At the time of Sessions’ June decision, lawyers, clinicians and activists expressed frustration with his misunderstandings of immigration law

DUH… another example of only the best people Trump has picked
