“This is a remarkable achievement,” he said. “The government is to be commended and has done yeoman’s work in this regard.”

They certainly have. Specifically, the Yeoman Cavalry.

I saw a reunion of a father with his little boy (maybe 4 years old). The Dad ran to hug his child and started crying, but the little boy appeared shell-shocked and confused. They had been apart for 60 days. Even for those families who will be reunited, there will be a long period of rebuilding their relationships. And we (i.e. the Trump administration) caused this. It is more than heartbreaking.

Judge Sabraw: "This is the fallout we’re seeing. There may be 463, there may be more, parents who are unaccounted for or who may have been removed without their child. That’s a deeply troubling reality. The plaintiffs are entitled to that information. There has to be an accounting so we can more intelligently discuss where to go from here.”

Judge go ahead and say accountability rests with the Trump administration and their ill-conceived program.

But, but:

Justice Department attorney Scott Stewart complained. * * * “The government takes issue with the assertion that there is a mess on the ground,” Stewart added. “We strongly contest this characterization. We have many reasons to be proud of this effort.”

These words should haunt this piece of shit for the rest of his life.
