If the SC rules in their favor because this new info isn’t in the record and the question is allowed in the Census do the Repugs pick up another 10 years of electoral advantage in all the elections for that entire ten years? Seems like they would.

Probably because the Supremes do whatever the fuck they want. They’re not limited to briefs or evidence presented, so they can make their decisions based on the phase of the moon if they like.
They’ve certainly seen the news, so they are aware of this, and it will certainly be a part of the final 5-4 Decision from Roberts committing himself to the Republican Cause.

This will be ignored, the question will be on the census and the GOP will win another fight to disenfranchise millions of voters. It’s the Brave New World in which we live. Our Democratic leaders have no idea how to fight the political battles facing them. We’re on our own, fellow travelers. The utter lack of spine on the part of Dems will also result in another term for the Orange Fecal Stain. Remember, his policies enormously enrich the elite Democrats whose wealth increases with every GOP fiscal/monetary policy.
