This must be the “extreme vetting” we’ve heard so much about. Definitely sounds like a dude who could be trusted to wield power over others.

Weird thing to me is the cops ran their swat vehicle into the bank doors to get in. Unless they knew there was someone still alive why did they need to do that? And if someone was alive that seems like it could have killed them in itself, if not caused him to want to kill them. Strange to me.
