I would think the Dems would want to do some pretty serious mobilization for that runoff if they ever want to have a chance of getting within spitting distance of the GOP in that state ever again. Given what Kemp did as SoS, it’s hard to believe it isn’t going to be 10x worse once he’s Governor and with a GOP SoS…
