Why do the men in this country have to be so sexually irresponsible? Don’t they know that it’s up to them to render the debate about abortion almost totally moot? All they have to do is refrain from having sex with any woman not willing to have a child from that particular encounter.

It’s not constitutional.
They also want to pass a law that the Father can skip any responsibility, such as child support, unless he is in a relationship with the Mother. Rape and incest included will not be excluded. Ultimate goal will be to have any unmarried rape victim marry the rapists, upon which he’ll claim and walk because you can’t rape your wife.
Meanwhile what has Walker done to prevent rape and catch rapists? NOTHING!!! If he was serious about ending rape he would spend the money to have the thousands of rape kits sitting on police dept. shelves tested so the rapist can be caught and arrested.
