Hell. Works for me. Do it, Sessions!
According to multiple unnamed sources, per the report, Trump considered Sessionās recusal āone of the top disappointments of his presidency so far.ā
Give it time, Donnie. Soon thatāll be the least of your worries. Weāre only getting started here. Just warming up.
Not only can he not find people to work for him, Trump can barely hang onto the people he has.
The fact that normal professionals would not put up with this crap and would resign suggests that he has tapped into a very narrow vein of desperadoes to work for himāBut even they can only take so much abuse.
MAGA my ass.
The only one in the whole bunch that has any brains is the EPA administrator and heās a lying piece of toxic waste.
Kushner for AG!
Mueller looking into mafia connections with Trumpās finances and has amassed an incredible financial crime team. We can all thank Al Franken for inducing Sessions to mention his Russian meeting. Without that, none of it would be happening.
Iād feel better about the possibility of Sessions resigning if I had any hope that someone less destructive would take his place. But as it is, meh.
Now thatās sad.
Beyond Sessions ā there should be a major walkout of cabinet members and personnel ā McMaster, Mattis, and Tillerson have all been shat upon. They do the country no good service continuing to prop up this incompetent, reckless, president.
I hear Disney is always hiring replacements for the Seven Dwarfās at DisneyWorldā¦
And we can all thank Sessions for answering a question that wasnāt even asked.
With this guy, thatās not as out of the question as some of the others. Heās the worst of the worst.
How do you feel about the position remaining unfilled until thereās a new occupant of the Oval Office?
Barring someone the likes of David Duke, itās hard to get worse than Sessionsā¦soā¦umā¦well crapā¦
Itās hard to imagine someone both worse and confirmable. Sessions is a longtime virulent racist, heās shown an enthusiasm for undoing 50 years of reforms of all kinds, heās a pliant tool of Trumpās worst impulses, and he certainly seems to be mixed up in the Russia conspiracy as a cherry on top. Personally Iād be delighted to see him gone.
Oh, if only.
Is there any sign the GOP is getting tired of Trump though? Given his current Cabinet, the Republicans in the Senate showed almost no indication that they would act independently of the White House. No matter how unqualified, they approved every name he put forward.
The not quite shocking bit here, to my mind, is that the Little Orange Shit Stain seems to believe that Mr. Sessions had a choice. As if he could have failed to recuse himself and remained as Attorney General. If I remember correctlyā¦ Mr. Sessions took that step by way of trying to head off the attempts to have him ousted for lying under oath to a Senate Committee.

Me too. Trumpās āfeudā with Sessions gives the latter a degree of flexibility - āSessions canāt be all bad, Trump doesnāt like him eitherā
Yeah, right.
ā[O]ne of the top disappointments of his presidency so far.ā So his greatest disappointment is that someone he chose for his administration was ultimately shamed into an action that an ethical attorney general would feel compelled to take. In other words, the slightest hint of an ethical act in his administration is what makes Trump saddest. That seems about right, actually.
