Wait, this is the same judge who was peppering the Mueller team with all those questions about whether they were using Manafort just to get at Trump, right? This is the Judge everyone thought was favoring Trump? I guess he’s switched sides, huh.
I don’t think that “switched sides” is the appropriate descriptor. In his initial ruling, he basically said, “I don’t like the way that prosecutors like Mueller get their evidence, but it was legally obtained and what is there clearly represents a legitimate case.” He may have complained about the prosecution, but he ruled in their favor. In the end, it seems to be more people making a mountain out of a molehill.

That is down right pathetic. Shows how low Kelly has fallen that SHS wouldn’t think twice about making him sound like the smallest of small whiners. Not that I feel an iota of sympathy for that empty barrel Kelly. They deserve each other.
